Job Description

As a ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ฟ โ€“ ๐—œ๐—ง ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ท๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ฟ, you will be a vital member of the Transformation Team of the IT and Ops Leaders, Project managers, Engineers, Architects, Business intelligence, to ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ the change, new ๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€, and ๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€ in the organization.

You will need to have at least ๐Ÿฑ+ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ of previous experience in Project management/IT background/Consultancyโ€ฆetc. You will need to be well versed in ๐—ฃ๐— ๐—ข ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—น๐˜€ and software with previous track record of successful projects implementations.

The successful candidate will always maintain a high degree of professionalism, representing IT internally and as a representative of the company when dealing with clients and other third parties.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working closely with engineers, architects, PM team, key stakeholders etc., to identify, define, and ensure a ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป of the project scope, ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜€, ๐—ผ๐—ฏ๐—ท๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐˜€, and requirements.
  • Handling the project ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฑ-๐˜๐—ผ-๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฑ.
  • Planning and scheduling each ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ท๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜ ๐˜๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€.
  • Evaluating the available ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—น๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€ in the market and ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด, for internal review, the best fit for the organization which will achieve the project ๐—ด๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜€.
  • Taking responsibility of the project ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ฒ ๐—ฐ๐˜†๐—ฐ๐—น๐—ฒ, managing issues, identifying risks and dependencies which might impact the project progress/delivery and ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—น๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด them if any arises.
  • Being the ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜ and ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ for the project, while coordinating with all stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors/third party.
  • ๐—ข๐˜„๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด the planning and scheduling of the project timeline, whilst maintaining a deep knowledge of all aspects, in order to communicate major risks and issues clearly and rapidly, if they arise, along with a proposed solution to the senior management.
  • Establishing & maintaining a professional & good relationship with ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜€, ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€, and ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€.
  • Development and delivery of ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜€, due dates, challenges, achieved stagesโ€ฆetc., requirements documentation to PMO, Management, Senior management, & stakeholders.
  • Setting each project ๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐˜ as ๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—น๐˜† and ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—น๐˜† and taking ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐˜†ย for the management of spend against budget.
  • ๐—–๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€: Effectively and efficiently maintaining a successful/ teamwork-based/relations with ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€ โ€œCompanyโ€™s other departmentsโ€ liaise with relevant departments/teams to ensure a smooth implementation of the project.
  • ๐—Ÿ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป & ๐—”๐—ด๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฒ: previous experience and knowledge of ๐—Ÿ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป & ๐—”๐—ด๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฒย will be a strong asset.
  • ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ณ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ: can work independently and achieve targets and results.
