Job Description

As a Tech Support, you will be responsible for proactively managing alerts on changes to client consumables received, either through the consumables management tool or direct client communication.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints, and in line with internal procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep up-to-date with product manuals and be able to advise customers of appropriate options/solutions.
  • Proactively manage alerts on changes to client consumables received, either through the consumables management tool or direct client communication.
  • Respond to customer’s queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional technical customer support.
  • Able to identify when the issue should be re-assigned to another department or more senior representative.
  • Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
  • Communicate with customers using various channels.

 

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency level of 𝗖𝟭 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 one of the following languages:
    • 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻
    • 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻
    • 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻
    • 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗻
  • Fluency level of 𝗕𝟮 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
  • A passion for specialized client support, especially through phone and email communication.
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner.
  • A strong working capacity with general office tools, and specialized databases.
  • Customer-oriented role experience will be considered a plus.
  • An academic degree will be considered a plus.
