Job Description

As a Technical Support, you will be identifying technical incidents, apprehending them, and providing an appropriate solution “through Email or Chat”

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach.
Analyze the client’s situation to reply to them quickly and efficiently.
Organise product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs.
Understand and respond to the client’s requests by email and chat.
Identify technical incidents, apprehend them, and provide an appropriate solution.

Targeted Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French – 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝟭 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿.
English – 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝟭 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿.
An ability to work within a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to stay well-organized.
An ability to adjust quickly to new environments, follow procedures, and deal with deadlines.
An ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes, analyze their problems and offer them individual solutions.

Hybrid Model – Barcelona, Spain. “Working 2 days a week from Home”
Permanent Contract “1-month probation”
Full-time Position – Monday to Friday.
Training – 3 weeks on-site “from office”
