Job Description

As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for solving complex technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

Provide superior levels of quality in all transactions with strict adherence to governing laws
Provide support, assistance, and guidance in setting up connected products, troubleshooting, and reporting
Identify new opportunities to cross-sell and upsell without compromising the values of the company.
Solve complex technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Process all client requests in accordance with company processes and guidelines across all product ranges.

Targeted Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French – 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝟭 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿.
English – 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝟭 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿.
Teamwork skills – the client believes in supporting and developing the people and wants you to grow with them and help them to grow the business.
Experience in the customer service industry and ideally a contact center environment.
Ability to prioritize workload and stay well-organized.
Passion for giving and receiving fantastic customer service – we want you to treat every call or email as an opportunity to delight our customers.

Permanent Contract “1-month probation”
Full-time Position – Monday to Friday.
