Due to our personal data Privacy Policy and the processing of all personal data provided over Spotonps.pl website, the website users are asked to carefully read the following information. In case of any denial of consent to the processing of personal data as presented below, please do not submit any documents containing such personal information.

Spot On Sp. z o.o. – Personal Data Administrator acts in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws, No. 922) [ustawa z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 roku o ochronie danych osobowych (Dz.U.2016.922)] continues “data protection act”. Personal data administrator works in accordance with applicable law and protects personal data of users.

We ensure that all personal data and sensitive data collected is processed fairly, competently, in compliance with legal provisions and to the benefit of the Candidates. We take the obligation to respect personal data and sensitive data very seriously.

Information is collected from you when you engage with, contribute to or use some of the features on our website for example job applications, CV submission or registration processes.

In addition, we may collect your IP addresses and use cookies unless you configure your web browser not to accept them. More information about cookie policy can be found in the rest of this document.

By using Spot On sp. z o.o. website, you give your permission to us for collecting and processing personal and sensitive information supplied by user.

All data is voluntarily provided to us, so if you do not wish to participate in the recruitment and selection process you may visit our site without disclosing your identity and personal information. In that case, however, you will not have a chance to work with us.

Personal data is collected to facilitate the recruitment process. The data will include the information provided in the form of CV (example but not limited to surname, first name, address, professional experience, etc.). Providing such information (including extremely sensitive personal data), a candidate agrees for the data to be used to streamline the recruitment process, also to his or her benefit as well as with reference to the conditions of Privacy Policy and in compliance with the data protection act specified in paragraph one (§1). If there is no need to obtain very “sensitive data” from the candidate (such as health condition/impairment, race/ethnic origin, trade union membership, conviction of an offence), and it is the candidate who decides about providing the data, he or she is thereby giving his or her express consent for the processing of such data in compliance with the data protection act specified in paragraph one (§1).

Candidate declares and warrants that information provided by him/her to Spot On Sp. z o.o. in the form of CV or in any other form in connection with the recruitment process is true and accurate.

By creating an account on spotonps.pl website as a candidate, and provided that the candidate achieves employment as a result of the recruitment process conducted by us, the candidate agrees that the employer (our customer) provides Spot On Sp. z o.o. with the information about the remuneration obtained by the candidate in order to calculate the fee payable for our services.

§8

Personal data can be accessed by our employees worldwide, regardless of a branch of our company they work at, as well as by potential employers or customers for the purposes listed below. Potential employers or customers may be located both in the EU countries and outside the EU according to the needs reported by the candidates. In case of transfer of personal data outside the EU, certain measures shall be taken to ensure that the right to the confidentiality of the data is still protected according to the Privacy Policy.

At the request of the appropriate office or court, the administrator of personal data has the right to disclose data on a case-by-case basis, if necessary for the purpose of carrying out, for example, criminal proceedings, police threats, fulfilment of statutory tasks of state data protection authorities, state intelligence services or military counterintelligence.
The administrator of the personal data reserves the right to make available to the appropriate authorities any processed information if required by law.

Spot on do reserve the right to pass user information on to any third party we deem appropriate. In certain circumstances, we may need to disclose information about if you breach this privacy policy or other regulations applicable on the website

We are legally obliged to store personal data as long as it is necessary to observe the statutory and contractual obligations of the company and according to its legitimate rights, resulting from its ability to control them. All due effort will be taken to ensure that the data is maintained and updated; irrespective thereof, a candidate is obliged to inform us about any changes concerning personal data to provide the necessary update accordingly. In the event that the candidates do not inform about the change of their personal data, Spot On will not be liable for any third party liability.

If the candidate fails to contact us, the data shall be archived or removed after the specified (considered to be relevant) period has expired.

After the relevant period has expired, we contact our candidates to ask them if they wish to keep the data stored in our database. Unless a candidate expresses his or her willingness to keep the data stored by logging to the website, the data shall be archived.

§12

Personal data is stored on secure servers that belong to Spot On Sp. z o.o.  or the Internet service provider. Due to a specific nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee the complete safety of the information sent to us over the Internet. No data transmission over the Internet is 100% safe. Regardless of this fact, all relevant measures shall be taken (including technical and organisational measurement) in order to provide the personal data protection.

§13

Spot On sp. z o.o. reserves the right to transfer information (including personal data) to the third party in case of a buyout, merger, winding-up, or bankruptcy as well as to transfer all or almost all of the assets of the company, provided that the third party gives consent to observe the Privacy Policy, and provided that it commits itself to use the received personal data in accordance with the intention of the person who entrusted the company with the data. The candidates shall be informed about such data transfer and they shall be allowed to refrain from further cooperation.

In order to improve the quality of the rendered services, the information is collected on how the persons visiting the page and seeking for employment use our website. The information obtained is not used in a way to identify a person but to understand the users’ needs better, and determine the general trends and the most popular issues raised by all website users.

All changes concerning the Privacy Policy shall be published on the website so that the users are always aware of what information is stored, in what way this information can be used, and whether or in which circumstances this information can be disclosed. If, at any time, a decision is made to use or disclose personal data in a way different from the one specified in the Privacy Policy, the candidate shall be informed about this by email; therefore, the candidate shall be able to decide individually, whether he or she agrees that his or her personal data be used in a new way.

If the application was sent by the candidate due to ongoing recruitment projects, the data included in the voluntary application shall be placed in the database of candidates administered by Spot On Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (01-204), Siedmiogrodzka 1 / 123. The data shall be made available exclusively to Spot On Sp. z o.o. and our customers who are searching for the employees for positions that are consistent with our candidates’ professional profiles.

§17

If a candidate passes the preliminary procedure of application documents selection for a given project, or in case of the completion of other recruitment projects consistent with the candidate‘s professional profile, we shall communicate with him or her.

At the same time, please be informed that our candidates are entitled to access their personal data and modify them (introduce changes, remove data).
