Job Description
As a Customer support Advisor, you will provide professional assistance to customers regarding reservations, account-related topics, and service inquiries.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions using internal tools and processes
- Follow internal procedures, client guidelines, and service quality requirements
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email for the Airbnb support project
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in company systems
- Achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide professional assistance to customers regarding reservations, account-related topics, and service inquiries
- Communicate clearly and professionally with German and English-speaking customers
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution according to quality standards
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in German Language, C1 level or higher.
- Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including weekends
- Min 1 year of customer service or similar customer-facing experience
- Good typing skills and attention to detail
- Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Availability to complete full training attendance requirements.
- Ability to handle complaints professionally and efficiently
- Comfortable working with customer service tools and digital platforms
- Strong communication and active listening skills
