Job Description
As a Retention Agent, you will provide market insights and platform guidance to clients.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams including compliance and support.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients via phone and email
- Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- Manage and retain a portfolio of clients
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Provide market insights and platform guidance to clients
- Drive deposits, re-deposits, and trading activity
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in French Language, C1/C2 level.
- Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
- Solid understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
- Target-driven with a consistent track record of performance
- Proven experience as a Retention Agent in a regulated Forex/CFD company
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Strong FX background (Retention preferred, Conversion also considered)
- Ability to work under strict regulatory frameworks
